Now, look at page 98:
1. Read the questions and answers.
2. A: Try to complete the sentences with: is are was were
Listen to track 22 and check your answers:
Now look at page 99:
2. B: Practice conversations 1 and 2.
Now, make new conversations for 3 - 6.
Read the conversations from 2B and practice them again:
1. A: Was she a teacher ?
B: Yes, she was.
2. A: Were they receptionists ?
B: No, they weren't. They were nurses.
3. A: Was he a server ?
B: Yes, he was.
4. A: Were they doctors ?
B: No, they weren't. They were construction workers.
5. A: Was he a cook ?
B: Yes, he was.
6. A: Was she a cashier ?
B: Yes, she was.
